On the borders with Tuscia, Rara Factory is a residence settled in a place that used to house an ancient country house. Reinterpreted in a modern way and transformed into a villa with an industrial character, the house is distributed in distinct volumes on three floors. There is a 360° view between cultivated lands, hay that turns yellow and an exciting naturalistic skyline. Surrounded by agricultural land and a garden of spontaneous grass with native plants, olive trees and fruit trees, the property is characterized by a beautiful modern outdoor salt pool, in line with the rest of the environment, a small jewel of contemporary design. Immersed in the water of the swimming pool, filtered by the oak and hazel grove, the magnificent Cathedral of Orvieto rises on the tufaceous hill. An invitation for our guests to also visit the historic center.
