The cooking class takes place in an atmosphere of conviviality and joy and offers different menus to be chosen by the customer, to be agreed in advance with the Chef.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Among the proposals of the course, in addition to pizza, there is handmade pasta: umbrichelli, typical of the area, or ravioli and gnocchi handmade by expert Chefs. \u00a0Umbrichelli, a traditional pasta from Orvieto, is made by hand using only flour and water, patiently shaped into long, delicious strands. No eggs, just simple flavors that pair perfectly with traditional sauces.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Tradition, quality and passion in every dish.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">During the cooking class, guest will learn how to make them from scratch.
